A practical use-and-care routine
Before use
Wash before first use and follow the instructions supplied with your selected product.
Wear and change
Position the pad and fasten its wings as instructed. Change according to your flow and comfort.
Wash
Rinse with cold water and wash with mild soap, following the supplied fabric-care guidance.
Dry and store
Dry completely before reuse or storage. Keep clean pads in a clean, dry place.
Avoid bleach, fabric softener and ironing the PUL layer in the featured AIO kits. Confirm care instructions for each material and configuration.
Menstrual pads absorb menstrual flow. They are not a treatment for cramps or other menstrual pain. Persistent or severe symptoms need appropriate medical advice.
